Not a single-purpose “handyman visit” — call to set a date, and we show up and handle whatever’s on the list: swapping ceiling fans, fixing a drawer, hanging decorations, or a full day of exterior upkeep. It started as something we did for our own building and remodeling clients who wanted the same level of care year-round — and it’s grown into its own standing service, open to any homeowner in the area, whether you’ve worked with us before or not.

We put together a list with you ahead of time, estimate the days and cost involved, and give you a straightforward number. Something else comes up while we’re already there? We handle it on the spot — no need to schedule a separate visit.
